| RETURNS POLICY |
| Within
10 days of receipt of your shipment (including
gifts), you may return any item purchased,
for any reason, in the same condition that
it was received, for a full refund (we'll also
refund the shipping cost if the return is a
result of our error). All returns must have
a return authorization number on the package
which may be obtained by calling 276-236-8226.
There are no claims or returns allowed on used
goods. Once we have received and processed the returned item we will notify you via email. You can expect a refund in the original payment form (credit card, check, etc.) for purchase within 15 - 30 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. If you are returning a gift, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return, which may be used at any time toward other purchases at thelingeriegallery.com. The gift certificate will be mailed to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped. (We will not let the gift giver know about your return.) If you used
a promotional code or certificate to pay for all or part of an item
you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to
your account, available to use the next time you place an order
at thelingeriegallery.com. Please note, however, that promotional
credit may be refunded and reused only if the promotion has not
yet expired.
